PARTISIPASI TOKOH ADAT SEBAGAI STRATEGI PENGAWASAN BAWASLU KOTA PALANGKA RAYA DALAM PEMILIHAN KEPALA DAERAH DAN PEMILU DI KOTA PALANGKA RAYA

This research aims to understand the strategies employed by Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) of Palangka Raya City in increasing community participation, particularly among indigenous leaders, 2020 regional head elections and preparation for 2024 general elections, as well efforts improve Bawaslu's supervision elections. A descriptive method with a qualitative approach was used generate systematic, factual, accurate data. The results show that Bawaslu has four main increase participation namely collaboration universities organizations, socialization through banners brochures, use social media. Although these received positive responses from involving more indigenous, religious, leaders every activity is necessary.
